Description | Petty Cash Ledger Maintenance Vendor Payments and Reconciliation. Inventory Management & Reconciliation. Assist in accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end close. Assist in accurate and timely processing of positive pay transactions. Ensure the monthly and quarterly Bank Compliance activities are performed in a timely and accurate manner. Supports budget and forecasting activities. Ensure a clean and timely year end audit. Assist in general ledger group to ensure all financial reporting deadlines are met. Support Accounting Manager with special task and workflow process improvements. |
Qualifications | Education Bachelor / Master Degree in Commerce / Accounting (or) pursuing Chartered Accountancy. Skills and Prior Experience Three to Five year’s prior experience in the financial accounting /general ledger area. Experience working in a power sector is preferred. Must be PC proficient and able to thrive in a fast -pace setting. Experience with SAP accounting system a plus. Must have strong experience with Microsoft Excel, Access and Word. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills required. |
