Description | • Coordinating the work and data flow between different departments and General Manager Office. • Following up all new projects in the company and reporting back to the General Manager Office. • Arranging meetings, preparing presentations and taking minutes of meetings. • Handling filing and casual work. Providing periodic reports. |
Qualifications | • To have 3 – 5 years experience in same position in a Multinational Company. • Excellent Communication Skills. Fluent English & Arabic language. Other language is a plus. • University graduate with at least good grade. • Must not exceed 30 years age. • Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Windows, Office & Internet). Able to master new technology rapidly. • Achieve results independently and with team. Accustomed to long hours in pursuit of company goals. • Prior experience in administration field is an asset. • Driving License is a must. |
