| Description | Process Improvements Activities • Participate in the process formation for ESRI NeA • Update agreed enhancements on standard processes, templates, guidelines and checklists on ESRI NeA Models • Establish Technical Working Groups (if required) to define new process and/or guideline; elaborate the process area from improvement process model point of view, and map between ESRI NeA improvement needs and model goals • Conduct periodical training and/or refreshment sessions on standard processes. • Facilitate the process implementation across the organization. • Support the project to implement defined processes • Communicate the gaps with project leaders to do the needed analysis and document it. • Design internal tools that may automate the processes for all categories • Test developed internal tools to automate the processes. • Create training material and publish on the intranet to be accessed by ESRI NeA Staff. • Implement configuration management activities for all process improvement work products • Follow up pilots and collect pilot feedback to be discussed with PI Team Leader to be covered before deployment • Participate in preparation activities for pre and formal appraisals, review projects against the PIID file, list needed requirements to map the projects to the process improvement model • Participate in Internal Audits • Participate in Formal Appraisal Interviews as PI Engineer |

Of computer Science, Computer Engineering • Minimum of 3 years of Experience in the Process Improvement Field • Deep Understanding of Project Management concepts as well as CMMI Model. • Ability to work under pressure • Presentation skills • Adhering to Principles and Values |
