Description	DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: Mission: - Responsible for the original Siemens Steam Turbine fleet in Egypt - Internal duties such as offer preparation, cost analysis sheets, forecasting, frequent communication with headquarters Tasks: - Implement actions to achieve milestones of sales target (order entry, sales, and project implementation) - Document progress of the different sales projects for the respective sector - Improve customer data using CRM/Philos tool - Attend customer meetings to prepare for inspections and parts deliveries - Adhere to settle payment conditions as per guidelines - Plan overhauls with support from headquarters - Visit customers on a regular basis and fill out customer visit reports - Maximize customer satisfaction (satisfaction questionnaire) - Improve market transparency in respective sector - Extensively contact marketing support in PLC (headquarters) on a daily basis - Improve and update customer data using local server and other tools via the Siemens intranet - Promote sales of complete product portfolio, systems and services (Siemens One) - Prepare own business offers via SAP Spiridon tool - Negotiate offers with customers - Frequently update Online Fleet Tool (OFT on Data Access Portal) and maintain updated fleet data
Qualifications	Education: - University Degree in Engineering Experience: - Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar service field
