1. Conduct research in order to gather information about survey topics. 2. Moderate focus groups to gather information when necessary. 3. Consult with clients in order to identify survey needs and any specific requirements. 4. Produce documentation of the questionnaire development process, data collection methods, sampling designs, and decisions related to sample statistical weighting. 5. Design market surveys. 6. Manage the distribution of the surveys. 7. Analyze and interpret the data collected from the surveys to identify patterns and solutions. 8. Prepare and present summaries and analyses of survey data, including tables, graphs, and fact sheets that describe survey techniques and results. 9. Keep Records of surveys and its results. 10. Analyze records of old surveys, and/or case studies, using statistical software programs. 11. Support, plan, and coordinate operations for single or multiple surveys. 12. Direct updates and changes in survey implementation and methods. 13. Monitor and evaluate survey progress and performance, using sample disposition reports and response rate calculations.
1. Experience of 3 -5 years in a relevant field. 2. Excellent Internet searching skills. 3. Excellent computer skills (Microsoft, Excel, Word,…etc). 4. Fluent in written and spoken English. 5. Familiarity with market research activities, including questionnaire development, statistical methods, etc. 6. Effective verbal and oral communication skills; ability to translate data into information, then into business recommendations. 7. Decisive, Attentive to details and results focused. 8. Experience in quantitative market research, including use of online surveying and analytical tools. 9. Experience in qualitative market research, such as focus groups. 10. Creative thinking along with exceptional analytical skills. 11. Self-motivated and self-directed.
