Create training plans and participate in all programs related to Sales & after sales.Carries up the on Job Training for the service. Supervise and support other training instructors in the department.Monitor and measure the progress of Trainees capabilities after Training.Establish and maintain appropriate systems for measuring necessary aspects of agencies, bancassurance, telemarketing and staff training and development.Manage and control departmental expenditure within agreed budgets,Maintain awareness and knowledge of contemporary agencies, bancassurance, telemarketing and staff training and development theory and methods and provide suitable interpretation to directors, managers and staff within the organization,Ensure activities meet with and integrate with organizational requirements for quality management, health and safety, legal stipulations, environmental policies and general duty of care.‎
University graduate . Minimum 4-5 years experience in a similar position.
