Description	You are responsible for applying accounting principles and procedures to analyze financial information, prepare accurate and timely financial reports and statements and ensure appropriate accounting control procedures using Softex software programs. You will be responsible to ensure financial records are maintained in compliance with accepted policies and procedures using Softex software programs. You will be responsible for preparing financial management reports using Softex software programs. You will be responsible to ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end close using Softex software programs. You will be responsible to establish and monitor the implementation and maintenance of accounting control procedures using Softex software programs. You will be responsible to resolve accounting discrepancies and irregularities. You will be responsible for continuous management and support of budget and forecast activities using Softex software programs. You will be responsible for Monitoring and supporting taxation issues using Softex software programs. You will be responsible to develop and maintain financial data bases using Softex software programs. You will be responsible to analyze and advise on business operations including revenue and expenditure trends, financial commitments and future revenues. You will be responsible for conducting meetings, training sessions and technical review visits at Softex office and customer locations.
Qualifications	Technical: You must have a high grade in accounting. You must be Fluent in English both spoken and written. You must have excellent communication & negotiation skills. It is a must that your major should be Accounting “Major” degree not business administration. You must have knowledge of accepted accounting practices. You must have knowledge of economic principles. You must have knowledge of auditing practices and principles. You must have knowledge of applicable laws, codes and regulations. You must have knowledge and experience of related computer applications. You must have Attention to detail and accuracy. You must have Planning and organizing. Financial problem analysis experience.
