As a key account manager / Telemarketing Specialist you will handle the most important accounts in our company. You will develop a good working relationship with potential clients and course participants to enhance satisfaction and client retention. You will be active in inbound as well as outbound calling activities. Responsibilities: Your core responsibility will be acquiring new customers as well as broadening and intensifying relationships with our customers and partners in Egypt as well as in the Middle East and Europe. As a key account manager / Telemarketing Specialist, you analyze and determine the most important accounts in our organization. You come up with a strategy to manage each individual account and to set objectives for the account management. You will conduct market researches and analysis also on the dynamics of the account, as well as identify new market possibilities and marketing channels. Furthermore you will get in contact and enter into negotiations with our business partners and clients and come up with effective negotiation and sales strategies. In addition, you will conduct account reviews.
• Successfully completed studies in the area of Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Economics or comparable studies • 1-3 years of relevant working experience in the area of Marketing, Sales, Business Administration or comparable areas are beneficial • Good knowledge of MS Office • Fluency in English language (written and spoken) is a must while German language skills are beneficial • Ability to produce consistent, high-quality work • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to quickly establish credibility with existing and potential clients • Driven, high-performance individual that is results-oriented, possessing strong organizational and analytical skills • Tactful and effective communication, presentation, and negotiation skills • Strong organizational and analytical skills • Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize work, and multitask across several project assignments
