• Welcoming Visitors and divert them to the assigned recipients • Meet and welcome visitors, ensure they sign visitors book and receive visitors’ ID. (visitors’ IDs to be returned to Receptionist on departure) • Responds to any inquiry from the general public & staff in a highly professional manner. • Directing incoming correspondence to the relevant Document Control area • Responsible for the Board Bulletin and any memo hanged in it • Ensure Reception area is tidy and supplies of brochures/applications are available on tables • Organize reception and ensure mobility is reduced to the minimal • Assist the HR Department to source accommodation for walk Ins applicant and to deliver their details to HR • Manage company board meeting rooms in terms of reservations & readiness to meetings at all times. • Undertake any other duties within her/his sphere of knowledge, experience or competency as requested.
• Bachelor Degree. • An excellent telephone manner. • Computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. • Communication skills and the ability to effectively deal with visitors. • A professional manner and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
1 - 2 Years.
