| Description | 1.Responsible for effective and fast recruitment processes both internally and externally to increase the recruitment efficiency. 2.Meets the hiring Manager to define the required qualifications for the new posts to consensus on the appropriate caliber. 3. Administers the Selection tests to Ensure Successful Candidate Selection. 4.Handling all the communications between departments and individuals during the recruitment process. 5.Suggest proper Medias for approaching the right calibers with the highest quality to increase the effectiveness of our talent pipeline. 6.Builds networks to find qualified and passive candidates. 7.Follow up and coordinate with recruitment channels to maintain mutual communication. 8. Interviews the candidates whether the new post is internally or externally to select the best candidate. 9.Proactive coordination with departments for interviews 10.Prepares the new hires contract and their profiles to be delivered to the personnel department on time. |
