| Description | □ Negotiate with our overseas offices in getting the best rates for import (Air / Ocean) shipments. □ Coordinating and seeking best freight rates from shipping lines locally. □ Provide Sales team with offers to their clients □ Follow up sales routing orders with our offices and overseas agents □ Update Clients with the status of their shipment on regular basis. □ Handle clients correspondence, inquires and problems through emails, phones and fax in timely and efficiency manner. □ Hand over the Shipment to the operation Department (Air / Ocean) in order to arrange the documentation, Invoice and release the documents to the client. □ Account Management: Independently manage the account operation activities and grow current customer relationships. |
| Qualifications | - 1-2 years of previous experience in operation (Ocean import department in freight forwarder or Shipping field. - Excellent Command of English both written & spoken . - High communication skills - Customer Service skills - Negotiation skills - Able to take instruction/direction and work on own initiative. - team work - Can work well under pressure |
