Constant communication with current clients and building strong relationships with them Distributing and selling of the companys products Continuously seek new customers and attract them to purchase the company’s products Complete knowledge of companys products with their specifications and advantages View products and provide customers the best possible image consistent with the companys image and reputation in the market Follow-up on customers’ withdrawals in accordance with the set Annual Plan Processing purchase orders for customers and send it to warehouses to prepare Follow-up on customers’ orders and deliveries to ensure the correct processing of their quantities and requested varieties as well as their on-time delivery – may complete missing items if needed. Reach the highest geographical coverage for the specified area. Work on continuously satisfy customers needs Collecting, managing and following-up on customers’ cheques, ensuring all customers’ accounts are settled in a timely manner. Marketing the companys products and following-up on opportunities of marketing and sales, e.g. special offers. prepare and present reports about competition in terms of prices, new collections, offers, advertising, promotion, and customers that stopped dealing working us or competition due to problems - if it happens. Any other tasks delegated to him by direct manager, or executive management related to his field of work
