•The Localization Vendor Manager will be responsible for managing a group of localization vendors/freelancer and for collaborating with an internal localization team to ensure that vendors meet Project Managers requirements. •provides purchasing guidance for the Localization activities. Although not necessarily limited to these items, responsibilities include evaluating a potential providers reputation, resources and expertise as well as helping with negotiations and contracts •Engage in vendor negotiation on contracts and pricing. •Manage relationships with strategic partners. •Measure and optimize vendor performance through evaluations, KPIs, and periodic business reviews. •Serve as escalation point in project issue management between project team and vendors, and provide problem resolution •Implement and improve processes with internal team to optimize vendor performance. •Stay ahead of trends impacting localization vendor management. •Interface between vendors and internal teams in requests for quotation •Execute other tasks related to this position
BSC of Management or related degree- - At least two years in experience in purchasing/Recruiting area Experience negotiating with external suppliers- Strong planning and organizational skills- Proven problem solving ability- Ability to influence stakeholders and drive decisions to closure- -Strong written and verbal communication skills(English). - Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with a wide variety of internal stakeholders and external partners -Strong interpersonal and customer/supplier interface skills -Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
