1) Assist the Financial Controller in a variety of administrative & secretarial duties required; to maintain an efficient operation to other tasks as assigned. (This includes but not limited to daily schedules, organizing meetings, correspondences & filling). 2) Handle all issues related to Travel & Transportation arrangements 3)Assist in special projects according to assigned tasks 4)Interface for administrative matters with other departments by establishing a line of communication to implement solutions for any occurring problems &/or requests 5)Handle all administrative duties by providing support to all team (Such as schedules, requests, orders, minutes of meetings, correspondences, meeting arrangements, following up on courier delivery, stationery & financial payments)
Experience in the same field is a must (AUC - Accounting/Finance) or (English Commerce)
Female
Accounting/ English
3 - 5 Years.
Excellent computer skills & Excellent (Master user of Word, Excel & PowerPoint)-Excellent Communication skills-Good organization and co-ordination skills
