•Lead development of long term brand strategy. •Preparing detailed yearly brand plans including targets, objectives, strategies, tactics & investment •Manage all brand projects including, but not limited to, advertising, merchandising, promotions, and innovation. •Work with Market Research to develop consumer insights Translate it into actionable consumer driven marketing plans. •Collecting consumer & competitive information via retail audit and consumer research to evaluate business position and identify business opportunities/Threats. •Researching consumer markets, monitoring market trends and identifying potential areas in which to invest •Developing the brand by installing new features and improving the existing ones •Evaluate consumers reactions to advertising programs; merchandising policies, product packaging and formulation in order to promptly reforecast marketing & pricing strategies within competitive and volatile market conditions. •Own and actively manage brand marketing budget, developing the pricing policy for the products. •Ensured brand sales volume achievement and targets by weekly monitoring of sales rates, volume, turn-over, plus regular trade visits to ensure accurate outlook of the market •Leading the development of consumer-centric campaigns & coordinating all marketing activities
•Bachelor degree Economics, Business or Mass communication •Post graduate studies in Marketing is a must •At least 5 years experience in Marketing in FMCG including 2 years as a Brand Manager.
Any
6 - 9 Years.
•Strong leadership skills . •Excellent verbal & written communication skills •Very good analytical skills. •Very good presentation & organization skills. •High level of initiative
