HR junior also coordinates the employee recruitment process by providing support and advice to staff selection committees and supervisors, ensuring that they have timely and accurate information to make valuable decisions. The main responsibility of HR junior is to implement different development and training opportunities to employees in order to improve their performance to achieve the objectives of the organization.
