Working with the client and the account team to understand a clients business objectives and advertising strategy.Researching and analysing data to translate ideas into a quantifiable task.Identifying target audiences and analysing their characteristics, behaviour and media habits.Recommending the most appropriate types of media to use, as well as the most effective time spans and locations.Developing unique media properties & creative nontraditional media buys that assist in the growth of your clients’ brands & make their campaigns memorable.Plan all media plans for T.V., Print, Radio, Outdoor, Internet, Cinema & unusual media buys for your accounts within the Middle East Market. Send monthly competitive analysis for all media activities done by client & competition, along with an evaluation of performance & next steps’ recommendation.Monitoring  Full knowledge of in-house planning, buying, research & invoicing system.Ensure the accuracy of the deals used in the media plans (net rates, taxes, agency fee & incentive), rate cards and grids (programs against time segments)
Bachelor degree from a reputable university is highly required (preferably English Section) - Bachelors degree in advertising or marketing is a plus. Graduated from a private English language school is highly required 1-3 Years of experience in the same role in a multinational media agency in Egypt or Dubai Perfect knowledge of computers and relevant research and planning software applications Excellent written and spoken English is a must.

Media planners are tasked with the duty of choosing the most suitable media in which to place advertisements on their clients behalf. The media planner has to work within the clients budget and look for the best media alternative with the main agenda of helping the client achieve his/her business targets. To do this, media planners have to observe and comprehend the market trends, have an insight into what motivates the target customers, and to keep up with the latest trends in media development.
