• Handling all employees hiring and resignation process, social insurance forms and making sure that all the required hiring documents are available. • Prepare all paperwork required for establishing personnel files. • Maintains employee records which consist of employment history records, benefit records and current employment status. • Assist with the administration of compensation programs such as health and life insurance plans. • Handling all issues related to the social insurance office and the labor office. • Handle inquiries from employees and advises and consults them with the personnel questions, policies and regulations.
HR Diploma or Certificate is a plus
1 - 2 Years.
Good communications skills Teamwork player with strong communication and good Negotiation skills Good analytical and problem solving skills. Enthusiast and self-motivated • Microsoft WinWord. • Microsoft Excel. • Microsoft Access. • Microsoft PowerPoint. • Microsoft Outlook. • Outlook Express.
