•Answering calls in a professional and efficient manner, ensuring calls are directed to the appropriate person. •Providing a meet and greet service to clients and visitors . •Arranging the distribution and dispatch of all mail and courier in coordination with the Office Manager. •Typing of general correspondence, reports, presentations, letters, faxes, etc for all SFA team. •Coordinating the photocopying, binding and fax sending on behalf of the team. •Dealing efficiently with internal and external enquiries, providing directions when requested. •Maintaining the reception area to the highest standard of appearance and efficiency . •Maintaining a proper filing system for the company."
Word, Excel, and the Internet. Accurate keyboard skills, both Arabic and English. Ability to work under pressure . Excellent interpersonal skills and telephone manner . Ability to deal with clients and colleagues at all levels. Excellent organizational and communication skills.
1 - 2 Years.
