1. Recruit the required calibers to accurately fill the company vacant positions. 2. Screen & filter all received resumes to shortlist the most qualified applicants. 3. Make phone screening for the short listed applicants to ensure accurate screening process. 4. Prepare the offer letters for the accepted applicants 5.Conduct reference check 6.Administer all types of testing regarding the job 7.Interviews recommended applicants. 8.Generate applicants reports indicating the grading on the required job competencies and final recommendations. 9.Guide concerned management members with issues related to the applicants.
- Bachelor degree on business administration or any related field - 1:3 years experience within the HR field specialized in recruitment - Diploma, post graduate study in the HR or HR major graduates is highly preferable. - Excellent communications skills - Excellent organizing skills - Time management skills - initiative & problem solver
1 - 2 Years.
