Generates different reports and statistics requested by supervisor in different fields such as equipment inventory, Change of Major, budget statistics, evaluation statistics, course statistics, etc…, assists supervisor in academic schedule, reports maintenance of computers and printers, supports demands of faculty, helps students in different enquires, handles files of undergraduate students and implements plans of supervisor to meet deadlines. • Preparation of Double/Change of Major lists according to requirements. • Handling files of undergraduate students. • Handling recommendation letters for students. • Handling Undergraduate work study program. • Preparation of budget statistics as per supervisor’s request. • Student Evaluation of Instruction. • Any other statistics needed concerning faculty and courses. • Collecting data needed for Self Study. • Assist supervisor in space availability for Full Time and Adjunct • Assist supervisor in furniture, Computers, printers, for Full Time and Adjunct • Assist supervisor in updating of new computers and printers • Preparation of Department Inventory • Reviewing data collected and ensuring their accuracy. • Main employee to execute any request of internet search.
Education: • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. Experience: • Minimum of 2 years recent experience in administration field. Skills: • To work effectively and efficiently with faculty, students, staff and administrators. • Analytical mind. • Follow-up skills. • Office management and strong organizational skills. • Interpersonal and good communication skills. • Proficiency in English Language. • Very good Computer skills (knowledge of word, excel, power point and usage of the Internet). • Familiarity with university rules and regulations. • Ability to produce under work pressure.

• Organization of Promotion and Tenure files of Full-Time Faculty. • Preparation of Faculty placement proposal as requested by supervisor. • Helping in academic schedule and class limit according to instructions of supervisor. • Reporting any maintenance required concerning computers and printers and generating reports about the equipment used by faculty. • Reservation of rooms and Equipment used by Faculty. • Preparation of advising lists according to credit hours and helping students during advising period.
