Design, develop & update the training material Deliver CC induction training courses with the agreed standards to ensure the trainees are competent to deliver the required services. Ensure product, services & procedures manuals are kept current, accurate and completely relevant to employees needs. Prepare the class reports for the classes that I lead.This report is to be documented for each class and reported to the concerned parties. Prepare the logistics and the training material for the classes or courses. Attend Train the Trainer for new products, service, and system in order to cascade to concerned parties. Develop, implement; maintain and monitor soft-skills training for the new comers to ensure their skills and knowledge base is completely up to date. Insure that systems training reflect the real system and all the information related to this system are available for other trainers’ use. Set and implement suitable efficiency measures. Continuous Cvbm evaluation & updating of the courses delivered. Report the Trainees assessment results to the direct mangers. Report monthly on the training activities and achievements. Deliver a comprehensive training report per project.
