 Responsible for all office management functions.  Preparing time sheets  Liaise with other agencies and our clients outside Egypt.  Design filing systems  Assists the manager in completing and following through on administrative problems and actions after a decision.  Assists in the formulation, establishment and execution of administrative policies and procedures  Implements improvement in methods, systems and organization of administrative and other services  Takes notes and prepares meeting.  Assists in preparing reports, budgets, contracts and other records and procedures  Maintains an inventory of office supplies and equipment  Processes bills for payment  Supervise administrative support workers, and coordinate administrative support activities.  Responsible for directing workers and seeing that their jobs are done efficiently.  Support duties are needed in the departments or company.
