Description | Develop Sales Plan for both short term and long term fulfilling annual strategy& objective Develop New customers while maintaining current customers in all cities is an ongoing job along with collecting market feedback about product, price, competition, etc. Monitor the Coordination of the sales coordinator with the warhehouse and review stock, delivery and receivables Handle customer issues facing sales coordinators and resolve problems effectively and urgently Ensure team success through continuous evaluations, constructive coaching Keep Track of weekly sales plan Any additional duties as and when required |
Qualifications | BBA/MBA/MSC/BSC/B.Com 1+ Years in similar role in Petro-Chemical/Lubricant/FMCG Industry. Good Knowledge of Local Market, Area Fluent in both English and Arabic Language with Excellent written English Strong relationship-building, networking and leadership skills. |
