*Performs administration and secretarial duties.*Gives administrative secretarial support to staff.*Establishes filling system and ensure regular filling activities.*Schedules appointments/ meetings.*Books air tickets and organizes business trips.*Updates customers database on a regular basis.*Opens and routes office mail as appropriate; may serve as receptionist for the office, providing information to callers and visitors, and directing them as appropriate.*Provides follow up with appropriate departments.*Establishes and/or oversees files, correspondences, databases, records, certificates, and/or other documents.*Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
**A bachelor degree in business administration or equivalent.**5+ Years of experience.
6 - 9 Years.
