| Description | Update and review company’s contracts to maintain company’s legal entity and to maintain company’s rights. Represent Union in different courts and any legal entity to maintain company’s rights. Conduct internal investigations to ensure that all employees are compliance with company’s rules and regulations. Maintain current knowledge base of existing and emerging regulations, standards or guidance documents to maintain companys rights. Deal with all governmental entities issues to ensure smooth work operations and to help in achieving company’s objectives. Keep all lawsuits and other records to be able to revisit it as required to ensure effective work operations. |
| Qualifications | Faculty of law English graduate. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Excellent follow up skills. Companies experience is a must. 3 - 5 yrs of experience in the field of law. Excellent English language skills both written and spoken Very good user of Microsoft office |
