Description | •Lead, advise, develop and support the commercial team. Provide support, advice, resource and process to operational and/or functional groups where required. •Develop and promote a culture of commercial awareness throughout the company. •Advise on and develop innovative policies, processes, models and mechanisms that maximize value and minimize risk whilst taking cognizance of legislative requirements and industry best practice. •Direct and coordinate a country commercial department financial and budget activities to maximize investments, and increase efficiency. •Analyze country achievements to evaluate performance and its staff in meeting objectives, and to determine areas of potential cost reduction, program improvement, or policy change. •Responsible for the negotiation of the major country deals •Review reports submitted by staff members to recommend approval or to suggest changes and report to the CCO. •Carry on and responsible for the implementation of preventive actions to assure the compliance with the budget set. •Responsible for the achievement of the country KPIs and its regular reports. •Other duties as assigned. |
