| Description | Execute annual sales plan in coordination with the direct manager to achieve sales targets. Monitor sales operation with representatives to ensure smooth work operation. Monitor customer preferences to determine focus of sales efforts. Gather market information to be analyzed trying to find new market channels. Review customers accounting balance to collect companys due on time. Communicate with service centers to resolve customers complaints and problems to ensue achieving or exceeding the sales target. Follow up sales representatives in all work distributed to ensure effective work cycle. Resolve sales representative problems to ensure smooth work operations. Develop all needed reports to present achieved results versus planned ones. |
| Qualifications | University degree in any discipline. 3 to 5 years of experience in sales at related business. Very Good command of English language spoken and written. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Presentable and charismatic. Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets. Excellent user of MS office. |
