A diversified and assertive Senior Sales Manager with proven minimum 8 yrs. of Freight and Logistics Sales experience. ·Financial, budgetary and commercial acumen. ·Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills. ·A highly driven professional who can turn around new and successful business opportunities. ·Commercially astute with the ability to communicate, lead and inspire a team to achieve continuous improvement and record sales results. ·An experienced leader who can lead an experienced sales team within the Egyptian market. Specific Tasks will include: ·Supervise and coordinate all Field Sales aspects for Damco Egypt. ·Recruit, manage and appraise the field sales team ·Act as internal and external escalation person for Sales requests ·Proactively identify opportunities in the market and secure new clients ·Meet and exceed the volume and financial growth budgets for the company ·Provide proper sales forecasts and targets as requested ·Set-up, deliver, and continuously update the sales business plan for the company
Main requirements for the position holder are: ·8+ years of experience in Freight and Logistics sales in a multinational company is a MUST ·Excellent communication and negotiation skills ·Demonstrated leadership skills ·Perfect command of English & Arabic Languages
