Alarms handling & first level troubleshooting & follow up. Occasional & periodical reporting for network availability,outages,handovers..etc Incident reports whenever needed. Controlling field teams & subcontractors from NOC premises. Supporting before and after Data Configuration activities and assuring the change management handling. Cooperation with all NOC entities towards the best network productivity. Supporting to solve Customer Complains,network abnormalities,..etc
Problem solving skills and good communication skills.
3 - 5 Years.
