• Develop and maintain relationship with employment agencies, universities and other recruitment sources. • Managing and preparing recruitment advertisements. • Interview job applicants; review application/resume; evaluate applicant skills and make recommendations regarding applicants qualifications. • Conduct new employees orientation program. • Created an Employee Handbook to answer some of the main questions about the employment environment, outline the policies, programs and benefits of the company. • Keeping and maintaining all personnel files, including; pre-employment documents, credentials, leaves, social and medical insurance. • Prepare employees job descriptions. • Responsible to administer the process of performance appraisal every quarter. • Ensuring implementation of HR policies and procedures. • Responsible for employees development, and training logistics. • Make recommendations and process forms as appropriate. • Implementation and maintenance of the HR filing system. • Write Reports, Letters & internal Memos generated by the HR department.
Fluent in both written and spoken English
