Very Good command of English both writing and reading.

He will be responsible for managing all logistics and coordination of the HR department activities including the Recruitment, Training & Development, Performance Management System and the Retention plan activities in order to grunting the efficiency of the HR operations and ensuring total compliance to the policies & procedures. The position core duties are; • Preparing the recruitment plan and budget. • Maintains all HR Policies & Procedures Manuals. • Supervise HR events activities • Prepares the yearly training plans and budget based on the yearly performance Management system outcomes.
B.Sc. in any discipline, HR diploma or an advanced Degree is Preferred.
6 - 9 Years.
We are looking for a leader who has a good interpersonal skills and exceptional problem solving skills.
candidate should have at least three years experience in a managerial position in the HR field
