Setting sales strategy for the Department. •Specifying duties & responsibilities of all sales department members. •Preparing sales activity plan for the year. •Coaching sales team for executing department sales goals. •Putting monthly & annual target to sales team. •Motivating sales team to accomplish targets. •Monitoring sales activities of all sales team. •Analyze monthly sales figures. •Approving all sales credits. •Conducting monthly & annually sales reports. •Determining sales incentives & bonuses. •Filtering sales department file load & distributing data. •Creating internal competition between sales team members. •Developing teamwork idea in the department. •Delegating authority when needed. •Carrying out sales meeting. •Doing joint calls with sales members when needed. •Analyze sales & market information about competitors. •Reflecting & transferring market views to the top management. •Sharing in dating promotional campaigns. •Recruiting new staff members in sales department. •Train & supervise new members of the team •Reviewing weekly plans & traces for sales team. •Checking daily report after sales team visits.
