Description | POSITION: As our customer base grows, we are seeking a professional and ambitious Customer Service Executive for our IFIS (Islamic Finance Information Service) to be recruited and based in our Cairo office. This person needs to be detail oriented, forward looking, organized team player and should develop processes for customer account management, provide training and increase overall customer satisfaction levels and IFIS product use. This position will report to the Country Manager for Egypt and work closely with the Egypt Sales team. The candidate will be responsible for the daily care and overall satisfaction level of the customer base. |
Qualifications | QUALIFICATIONS : • Ability to work in a multi-cultural, multi-functional environment. • Familiarity with Islamic Banking, Islamic Financial and Capital markets. • Excellent interpersonal, managerial, presentation, problem solving and communication skills. • Proficiency in English mandatory. Arabic and French are a plus. • Good knowledge of all Internet browsers, Word, Excel and PowerPoint. • Ability to travel frequently for client meetings and conferences. • Proven skills in a similar environment and at least 2 years of work experience are necessary. • Solid business references available upon request. • Bachelors Degree in Social Sciences or related field; Masters is a plus. • Structured, clear, and logical thinking with a focus on delivering quality on time. |
