•Perform Technical customer Training sessions as per standard of (Suite 8 & Opera) enterprise solutions. •Assist in the Installation, Configuration, running the system up in the right mode, Training and Life Cycle Support). •Make sure that the client applies working cycle through implemented application. •Diagnoses the source of Technical Problems & provides appropriate solutions in a timely manner.
•Holds a Bachelor Degree in (Tourism, Computer Science, ALSUN, Commerce/ Business Administration major Accounting is preferred). •Fresh graduate or up to 2 year’s maximum experience in Hospitality sector is preferred. •Computer Knowledge (OS, SQL, PLSQL, Oracle forms and reports, Crystal Reports). •Hospitality Background is preferable. •Very good command of English. •Good Communication & Presentation skills. •Ability to work under pressure and meeting challenging time lines. •Presentation, Communication, Team worker skills and Time management skills. •Ability to work under pressure and meeting challenging time lines. •Possesses Leadership skills & Team work Spirit. •Ability to travel inside Egypt as well as oversees whenever required by business needs. •Good Problem Solving Skills.
