| Description | Check facilities security system and administrative building territories to ensure it is aligned with companys policies and to maintain companys premises and ensure on work interruptions. Monitor and check housekeeping to ensure it is aligned with quality standards. Receive and store materials used in cleaning and other stuff related to toiletries to be used as required to ensure proper work operation and maintain companys image. Manage the printing of name tags requests and Union uniform for the workers and branches employees to ensure high quality standards and maintain companys image. Operate detecting devices to screen individuals movements inside and outside the administrative building to maintain security procedures. Maintain Corporate premises to ensure company’s image. Develop monthly reports to reveal achieved vs. planned objectives to be submitted to direct manager. |
| Qualifications | University degree in any discipline (Bachelor of tourism and hotel is preferable) 5 - 7 yrs experience. Good command of English language spoken and written. Very good user of Microsoft office. Ability to work under pressure. Very good communication skills. |
