| Description | 1- Network surveillance 24*7. 2- Alarms handling & first level troubleshooting & follow up. 3- Escalation, Notification, follow up with other party as per the FO work cycle. 4- Occasional & Periodical Reporting for Network availability, outages, handovers ..etc. 5- Incident reports whenever needed. 6- Controlling Field teams & subcontractors. 7- Supporting before and after Data Configuration activities and assuring the change management handling. 8- Cooperation with all NOC entities towards the best network productivity. 9- Supporting to solve Customer Complains, network abnormalities …etc |
