1) Successfully complete induction training course. 2) Handle incoming telephone calls from members calling the department, maximizing on sales opportunity with each call. 3) Identify required “holiday experience” counseling on Interval International related membership benefits and Exchange services. 4) Process Exchange confirmations, getaways and renewal/Gold Card sales. 5) Offer alternatives and counsel members according to inventory restrictions and limitations. 6) Provide full range of travel services as ‘One-stop’ service is introduced. 7) Meet relevant productivity targets on call handling and conversation ratios for confirmations and renewals as determined by management. 8) Maintain acceptable Quality Assurance results in each monitoring series. Providing the highest level of customer service at all times. 9) Resolve/answer member queries as necessary with supervisors assistance if necessary. The priority being to take ownership of each call and see through to resolution. 10) Participate in production training as scheduled with the objective of improving personal knowledge and skills. 11) Handle welcome calls. 12) Telemarketing. 13) Undertake any other reasonable duties.
Should have at least one year in Customer Service.
1 - 2 Years.
