Description | Works as Applications & Software customer support engineer CSE in Arabic Technical Assistance Center (Arabic TAC). - Handle Customer Requests related to A&S Product Line - Troubleshooting and handling customer requests according to Arabic TAC workflow and regulations. - Accept Customer Request, Respond & resolve them quickly & effectively according to SLA. - Working in shifts if needed. - If assigned, participate in Projects & acceptance testing Inside/outside Egypt - Participate in meetings /Presentations within the TAC organization to provide technical perspective of A&S Product line. - If assigned, provide Technical Supervision/tutoring for staff. |
Qualifications | 1 -3 years experience in related field. - Bachelor degree in telecommunications engineering. - Fluent of English reading and writing. - Excellent Communication Skills - High ability of fast learning and practice. - Good team work - Good attitude and self motivated. - SS7 protocol stack mastering. - Good in Unix and/or Linux operating systems. - Good in Database Administration. - Good in TCP/IP Networks. - know the basic fundamentals of Mobile Network architecture. - Huawei Core Network equipments awareness is a plus. - Has ability to make self study for new topics to enhance his experience. - Ability to work under pressure. - Ability to travel and work in 24* 7 shifts - Ability to work in a team, professionally and personally with different reporting schemes. |
