1.Handling of the assigned calls / periodic maintenance as per agreed plan and repair team members calls 2.Support products, related POS and operating System. 3.Ensure the client satisfaction and eliminate complains. 4.Engineer to be the owner of the assigned call ensuring the follow up if the case escalated or handled by other colleague. 5.Self development in POS products and to be familiar with all IT products. Organize and schedule preventive maintenance routine. 6.Follow-up assigned clients and be ready all time to provide support if required. 7.Assist Help Desk and Handle customer calls. 8.Assure of closing the calls in a professional manner and follow the documentation procedures.
•B. Sc (Eng Communications or Computer Science) •Computer Knowledge ( OS, Unix, SQL , PLSQL, Oracle forms and reports, Crystal Reports ) .Good command of English. .Presentation ,Communication ,Time management and problem solving skills. .Ability to work under stress and to travel inside and abroad. .Fresh Graduate or 1 year experience as a system consultant or system specialist positions. .Preferable hospitality Background.
