Description	Area 1: Responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategy Area 2: Responsible for preparing contractual proposals, including creative, innovative, novel, unique concepts and approaches. Area 3: Responsible for directing contractual negotiations, and assisting/participating in the negotiations as may be necessary Area 4: Responsible for pricing policy, price maintenance, price schedules, evaluation and approval of off-list prices Area 5: Responsible for sales/margin/profit growth. Area 6: Responsible for developing and guiding new product programs which will ensure sustained profit growth within the business unit. Area 7: Responsible for contributing to the corporate strategic growth plan via annual business audits, evaluations, and submission of multi-year business plans. Area 8: Responsible for professionally done, attractive literature and promotional materials which present and its products and services in a professional manner.
Qualifications	• Engineering background • Minimum 15 years in general management experience • MBA preferred • Experience in contracting business • Strong business development • Excellent in project and program management skills
