| Description | 1- Runs the Mechanical Maintenance shop. 2- Hands on resource if needed with excellent trouble shooting and problems solving skills in mechanical, electrical and PLC operating systems. 3- Maintain comprehensive preventive and predictive maintenance programs. 4- Execute maintenance shutdowns focused on minimizing operational impact and disruptions while minimizing maintenance cost. 5- Train and develop the maintenance team. 6- Performs root cause analysis on major breakdowns. 7- Maintain spare parts inventory and inventory controls. 8- Monitor and report consumption of parts inventory. 9- Guarantee the Maintenance Shop and associated work areas are adequately equipped, clean and orderly. 10- Ensure that applicable environmental regulations and operating procedures are followed. 11- Maintain effective communication with staff and management. 12- Responsible for the equitable application of all employee policies, procedures, and rules of conduct. |
