| Description | 1- Provides Leadership in the Mold Maintenance Department. 2- Maintain all molds and fixtures in appropriate condition for production of high quality containers. 3- Works with production supervisors to solve mold problems. 4- Assures good Storage of mould. 5- Identifies potential problem areas of molds and recommends corrective action or preventive maintenance. 6- Operates and maintains machine tool equipment in the mold shop. 7- Establish and maintain mold & consumables inventory and inventory controls. 8- Monitor and report consumption of parts inventory. 9- Ensure the Mold Maintenance Shop and associated work areas are adequately equipped, clean and orderly. 10- Minimization of industrial accidents and awareness of ISO standards 9001, 14001 & 18001. 11- Train and develop the mold maintenance team. 12- Build jigs and fixtures as determined by engineering, quality or production. 13- Ensure that all applicable environmental regulations and operating procedures are followed, including operating within all permits. 14- Establish and maintain effective communication with staff and management. 15- Responsible for the equitable application of all employee policies, procedures, and rules of conduct. |
| Qualifications | 1- Candidates should possess a Engineer Degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering. 2- Minimum of two (2) years experience in a Mold maintenance shop of a Container glass or mold manufacturer. 3- Must have a thorough knowledge of machinery and machine shop skills. |
