Full Time
• All facets of office administrative and upkeep; • Detailed documentation of all process and protocols, inclusive of updating as required; • Scheduling requirements of all team members, including travel and transport arrangements; • Support in full purchase cycle for logistics and procurement of equipment and services for field and office; • Demonstrate comfort in dealing with senior government officials; • Attend to various executive matters including but not limited to the transition of executive staff to Egypt, interfacing with Canadian-based team and government constituencies; • Dealing with all matters pertaining to work permits, visas, labour relations, insurance (office and field); • Assist in various human resource functions, such as recruitment, policy and procedures manual updates and training as may be required; • Provide personnel relation functions such as guest greetings and employee orientation; • Drive the development of external and internal communications infrastructure;
• Ideal age 35 – 45; • Candidates should be smart, poised, have a sense of humor and a backbone, superb interpersonal skills, and a welcoming personality; • Competence with Microsoft Office software – particularly Outlook – is essential. • A perfectionist who has a high level of detail and an ability to get things right the first time; • Capacity to deal in a high pressure work environment under time deliverables; • Highly detail orientated with an excellent work ethic to western standards; • Assist with personal items of executive team; • Travel through greater Cairo with occasional travel to field location; • Very personable, polite, professional and respectful. Loyal, of high integrity, who can partner with the CEO and help him run the show;
