Description | •Assist program manager in maintaining portfolio of services and packages. •Understand legislative and regulatory obstacles hindering the modernization of internal trade. •Work with relevant business, trade SFD, COCs, and governorate authorities or other organizations to create a national network of contacts that will support the activities of ITMC •Assist with necessary planning and reporting, including annual component work plans and Business Plan review; •Assist hire and supervise professional and support staff. •Create and execute program work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements; •Identify resources needed and assign individual responsibilities; •Review deliverables prepared by team before passing to program manager. •Effectively apply methodology and enforces project standards; •Prepare for engagement reviews and quality assurance procedures. •Ensure program documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately. •Take responsibility for programs, which may require independent working •Monitor field performance through field visits and using different tools. •Developing and writing program proposals •Creating, writing and coordinating professional accurate timely reports • Ensuring consistent and accurate administration of engagement projects including Maintaining databases •Evaluate projects systematically Facilitate a culture of continuous individual and organizational learning |
