Maintain an updated roster of participant placements and potential job opportunities - Responsible for effective and fast recruitment processes both internally and externally - Suggest proper medias for approaching the right caliber candidates - Follow up and coordinate with recruitment channels - Execute pre-screening and/or final phone/face to face interviews for junior & mid level posts & supports all parties in concern with assessment - Submit candidates offers and follow up on software until placing - Coordinate with universities, events in relation to targeted hires - Proactive coordination with departments for interviews - Dealing with labor offices and insurance authorities - Handle termination process: secure resignation letters (when possible), Compile and prepare reports and documents pertaining to personnel activities such as: absence, sick leave, annual leave, overtime, and any other required reports -Handling all employees hiring and resignation process, social insurance forms and making sure that all the required hiring documents are available - Prepare all paperwork required for establishing personnel files -
University Degree - 3-5 Years of experience experience in recruitment or a related field with a proven track record of success.
Business Administration
3 - 5 Years.
Good communications skills Teamwork player with strong communication and good Negotiation skills Good analytical and problem solving skills - Microsoft Applications - Acquaintance with the local employment market and community resources - Familiar with laws, regulations and codes related to employment and Equal Employment Opportunity regulations.
