| Description | Administer the companys network at all sites and improve its efficiency. Manage different types of servers and exchangers. Periodically review and recommend appropriate IT systems enhancements and solutions and infra structures. Provide technical support to the different computers users & clients. Solve any hardware, software, or network problems. Implement the strategic back up plans. Install and configure new computers on the network. Setup new mail accounts and manage mail groups creation and updates. Manage company IT resources to ensure optimal performance & zero downtime. Monitor the network traffic and set websites access rules. Provide the periodical performance reports. Perform other duties upon request. |
