Principal Accountabilities: 1- Set sales goals for each employee monthly and discuss progress daily/weekly as needed. 2- Study, analyze and prepare the plans for sales which will ensure adequate market penetration /market share/product positioning for the El Waffa farm products. 3- Allocating territories (geographical areas) for each sales representative to cover sales target. 4- Achieve/exceed sales against planned targets and recommend action to improve market coverage and sales effort 5- Organizing and attending events and exhibitions 6- Markets products & projects by developing and implementing marketing & advertising campaigns. 7- Handling difficult customers and their complaints and ensure that every customer of the division is a satisfied customer by having a good customer relations. 8- To be responsible for accurate and timely preparation of management information reports which includes: - Sales forecast report - Department activities report 9- Provide efficient, courteous and timely services to all customer requests and inquiries. 10- Supervising, motivating and monitoring team performance.
The successful candidate should have: -Education: Agricultural Engineering is preferable but not essential -Experience: 5+ years of experience in this field
6 - 9 Years.
- A team player with excellent interpersonal, organizational, planning, strategy and problem solving skills. - Ability to communicate well and effectively (bilingual) both verbal and written. - Ability to work independently. Process and result oriented with proficiency. - Ability to work under pressure.
