- Develops and implements store operating plans, policies and procedures. - setting goals and objectives, managing performance, developing and motivating employees - Manages staff recruitment - Manages annual allocated budget - Develops and maintains good working relationships with external suppliers and back office departments - Ensures the stock is effectively measured, controlled and managed in compliance with corporate stock management procedures.
 University degree.  A minimum of 3 years experience in a managerial position.  Experience in fashion retail is a major plus.  Strong knowledge and understanding of store operating procedures.  Strong people management and problem solving skills.  Strong communication skills.  Strong customer service skills.  Fluent in written and spoken English.  Computer knowledge.
1 - 3 Years.
