| Description | • Contribute to the creation and reinforcement of a learning culture • Establish a contact with line managers and departments heads to gather all training needs and propose training plan to them for further approval. • Contact several training providers to find out their availability on conducting training needed in an appropriate way. • Analyze data received from training evaluation surveys to find out training quality and ensure it is aligned with training quality standards. • Act as liaison between company and service providers to ensure smooth work operation. • Attend the training session to monitor the quality and the effectiveness of the training course. • Evaluate the material and check the instructor resume to ensure the effectiveness of conducting training course. • Measure the ROI to ensure proper allocation of resources. • Supervise proper effective communication channels across the company to ensure timely announcement of newly hired employees, available training courses, etc…. • Implement newly hired orientation programs to ensure their full awareness with job description, career bath, company lines of business, policies and procedures, company vision and mission. • Manage, audit & administer performance management system for proper professional implementation, two way dialogue and maintain the clear objectives awareness from employee side. |
| Qualifications | * Bachelors degree in any discipline. * TOT or HR Diploma is a must. * Excellent Computer and Language skills with extensive knowledge in using Power point. * Very good communication and organization skills. |
